Strength training is a must to tone arms, shoulders and upper back. The only way to tones these areas is by heavy lifting. That’s hard work but the good news is you don’t need expensive equipment or a lot of time to do these strength training workouts. Put aside 10 minutes, grab some dumbells, a timer and your on your way to having great toned arms, shoulder and upper back. It’s an easy workout to do at home while watching TV or even between chores.

Curl to Overhead Press – Kelli is using 12 lbs per hand
Tricep Extension to Close Row – Kelli is using 8 lbs per hand
Chest Press – Kelli is using 16 lbs per hand
Reverse Fly – Kelli is using 4 lbs per hand
Lateral & Ventral Raises – Kelli is using 12 lbs per hand
